General Information

Jefferson County Public Schools is now offering a secure website for former students and corporations to request transcripts and student records online.

Per District policy and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) student records are only available to those who have authorization from the student or parent, guardian or responsible person if the student is less than 18 years of age. If the student is 18 years of age or older, school records can be released to a person the student designates in the “special instructions” box on the order form. That person will need to bring a photo ID to verify their identity in order to pick up the transcripts. Corporations, Legal Entities and other third party requests will have to attach a signed release from the student using the “Order Tracker”

If you fit into one of the categories below there are NO fees.  Please request a coupon code by email to JcpsTranscriptOffice@jefferson.kyschools.us.  Include information to support your request such as your JCPS employee number, a copy of your subpoena or your military ID.
